I’m a product designer with 15+ years of experience designing mobile and web apps at scale. I’ve shipped interactive maps and coaching features for Garmin’s fitness platform and designed end-to-end experiences for Blue Cross & Blue Shield mobile apps.
I’ve shipped design systems for Garmin, Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Yourgi – including cross-platform Figma component libraries, governance, and engineering teamwork to reflect standards in code. Replica hired me to build their design system.
Conducting discovery and research work to inform design decisions is my norm – competitive analysis, user interviews and usability tests. At Yourgi, I built the research practice from scratch.
I’ve recruited, interviewed, onboarded, and mentored designers at Garmin, Yourgi and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. I joined Yourgi and BCBS as the first design hire. I've led design teams, defined process and shaped culture without a formal management title.
