I’ve spent 15+ years designing mobile and web apps at scale – shipping interactive maps and coaching features for Garmin’s fitness platform and end-to-end experiences for Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
I’ve shipped design systems for Garmin, Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Yourgi – including cross-platform Figma component libraries, governance and engineering teamwork to reflect standards in code. Replica hired me to build their design system.
Conducting discovery and research work to inform design decisions is my norm – competitive analysis, user interviews and usability tests. At Yourgi, I built the research practice from scratch.
I’ve led design teams, defined process and shaped culture at Garmin, Yourgi and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. I joined Yourgi and BCBS as the first hire.

Case Studies
I designed and shipped a mobile app for Blue Cross & Blue Shield that modernized their customer experience. My usability testing confirmed that my work was notably easier for users than the existing web portal.
I also shipped a mobile-first telehealth product for Blue Cross & Blue Shield. The new telehealth platform resulted in free 24/7 health care access for the BCBS member population.
At Garmin, I delivered a maps redesign for millions of runners and cyclists. I led product thinking for the feature, which led to new features like favorites, improved syncing and popularity heatmaps.
